Each morning starts with our members wearing their Heart Rate Monitor / Calorie Counter – Wristwatch – tracking and then manually logging calories burned

Step 1 – Populate your Accountability Journal.
Can be done in advance, on a per meal basis or anytime you like.
Our database contains over 40,000 food items, including some restaurants for your convenience, making it easy to know your caloric intake.
If you find that our database does not contain the caloric information on a particular food, the system gives you the flexibility to enter that food manually, thus archiving it for future use.
Step 2 – Enter in your food items before or after each meal
The system will tabulate your total caloric intake Per meal and display it for you and your coach

Manually enter your activity calories burned at the end of each day (tabulated by your Heart Rate Monitor / Calorie Counter Wristwatch)
Once you have manually entered your calories burned the system will automatically tabulate your total deficit or surplus for the day.
You and your coach will have visibility to your accountability journal results and your coach will be reviewing your caloric behavior to keep you accountable.
