How To Get Started

Step 1: Check with your physician

You'll make an initial payment of $112.95 {$64.99 registration + 1st 4 weeks enrollment at $11.99 per week}

Step 3: Choose Your Call Time

Choose a time that will allow you to consistently participate in three (3) Partner Team Conference calls per week.

Calls take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and begin every 1/2 hour from 6:00am thru 10:00pm (Eastern Standard Time).

Each call lasts between 15 to 20 minutes

Step 4: Welcome

Within 48 hours of registering, you will be personally welcomed to the program by a Weight Loss Partners' staff member. In addition to letting you know how much we appreciate your participation in the program, we'll provide you with your Partner Team assignment and your call in instructions

Step 5: Begin "Virtual Boot Camp" Orientation Calls

To maximize your probability of success, we'll educate and enlighten you in a 4 week introductory phase of the program called "Virtual Boot Camp". Virtual Boot Camp will provide you with a solid foundation for achieving your goals. In Virtual Boot Camp you'll learn about the following topics and their relative importance to your success:

   •  Prioritization
•  Goal Setting
•  Time Management
•  Attitude Adjustment
•  Portion Control
•  Journaling Food & Activity
•  Heart Rate Monitor Utilization

Step 6: Partner Team "Encouragement" Calls Begin

Three (3) Weekly Partner Team "Encouragement" Calls - After Virtual Boot Camp, you'll begin participating three (3) times a week in your Partner Team "Encouragement" Calls with your dedicated Partner Team Coach and Teammates. During these calls you'll interact with your Partner Team Coach and Teammates as you receive the frequent support you need to sustain your weight loss efforts throughout the week.

Partner Team Coach - Your Partner Team Coach acts as a personal trainer and will provide you with the motivation and encouragement you need to achieve your goal of sustained weight loss. Your Partner Team Coach will also hold you accountable.

Partner Teammates - You will form strong bonds and perhaps even lifelong friendships with your teammates as you join a collaborative effort to overcome your weight loss obstacles. You'll be inspired by your Teammates' successes and motivated by their encouragement!
