 We believe that each person desiring to lose weight should have a goal that is long term focused and works towards lifestyle incorporation, which simply stated is the ability to learn how to eat healthy and increase activity without having to think about the fact that you are doing so. By learning to be healthy, weight reduction becomes a bi-product of such behavior.
